THE BEST WAY TO PICK ROLLED MATS

Rugtved rolloff-table connectable behind Rugtved Matt roles. The table used for storing and sorting mats. On the table there is space for 2×6 mats. At each table there are 2 sorting positions.
We adapt the sorting for each customer. Here is an example of how sorting can be:

In this example, the size of the mats had to be measured in the rolling machine. Then tilt the mats at a predetermined position. At the first position lies mats measuring 85 x 150cm, the second position is the mats measuring 115x150cm, at the third position is they are 150x200cm and in fourth position, logo mats being tilted by. On the edge of the second table, the mats will be repaired or washed again tipped off.

Ergonomics:
As Rugtved Matt roles are roll-off table also ergonomically designed. The table is height adjustable so the operator can gather mats up from the table with a straight back and thereby spare the backs of the weight of the mats. The end of the table is designed with a "finger" plate, so the operator can pick the mats up with your palm and thereby protect the wrists.

Linking machines:
A roll-off table is designed to be connected after a Rugtved Matt roles. It is then possible to connect multiple tables in a row.
